We recognize that every patient has unique needs, which is why we personalize all of our treatments to you. Our focus is to address the evidence of oral disease associated with each patient and provide the optimum level of treatment available in periodontal therapy. We approach your care with a multi-faceted approach: • Analyze symptoms • Perform tests and interpret results • Consider treatment options with you We are dedicated to our patients and will address any questions or concerns you may have during your consultation so you are comfortable with treatment. In partnership with your dental care provider, we will compile a plan for your treatment and explain it in simple terms. Your opinion and comfort are of utmost priority to us.
It is important that you are comfortable with every aspect of your care, including being comfortable with your payment options. We offer a 5% reduction in fee when treatment is paid in-full at the time of service. You may also pay in installments―50% on the day services are rendered, and the remaining 50% paid in‑full within 30 days of treatment. Monthly payment options are also available through our financial partner, CareCredit®.
If you have dental insurance that covers your treatment and would like to file a claim, please complete all necessary paperwork during patient registration so we can file the claim for you. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance plan so that estimates of coverage can be as accurate as possible. Keep in mind that even if a claim is in process and hasn’t yet been completed, your portion and co-pay are due at the time of service. If the insurance company rejects a claim, we will assist you in renegotiating the claim, but any unpaid balance is ultimately your responsibility.
If you must reschedule, please contact us at least 2 days in advance for a non-surgical appointment and at least 7 days in advance for a surgical appointment. If proper notice is not given, 50% of the cost of scheduled services may be added to your account.
