It is important that you are comfortable with every aspect of your care, including being comfortable with your payment options. We offer a 5% reduction in fee when treatment is paid in-full at the time of service. You may also pay in installments\u201550% on the day services are rendered, and the remaining 50% paid in\u2011full within 30 days of treatment. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance plan so that estimates of coverage can be as accurate as possible. Keep in mind that even if a claim is in process and hasn\u2019t yet been completed, your portion and co-pay are due at the time of service. If the insurance company rejects a claim, we will assist you in renegotiating the claim, but any unpaid balance is ultimately your responsibility.
